All new clients must complete the following Client Registration and PAR-Q form prior to the start of their class:



Please wear close fitting clothing that you can move easily in, this will allow your instructor to see the way your body moves. Bare feet are preferred unless you have any foot issues and socks need to be worn. Please do not wear clothes with zips and remove all jewellery and watches as they can damage the equipment.

We provide all the equipment like props and bands etc. We also provide water but where possible please bring a your own water bottle.

Free on street parking is available. Access to the studio will be via the side gate to the left of the house. Please ring the black doorbell upon arrival and avoid ringing the main house doorbell.

For pay as you go classes we operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy, once you have given us 48 hours’ notice you can either re-book the session or receive a full refund. If you are unable to give us 48 hours’ notice your session is lost and refunds cannot be issued. You can cancel a class via email or by phone.

I’m afraid we are unable to offer refunds on the purchase of our monthly passes. You can reschedule any booked classes made using your pass, please bear in mind our 48 hour cancellation notice for still applies.

There is off street parking available outside the property.
